If you have already downloaded and installed the Mobenzi Gateway mobile app, you can easily check what version you are running, and upgrade to the latest version if you don't already have it.
We recommend that you always have the latest version of the mobile application installed to ensure that you have access to the latest features and bug fixes.
Information about the latest version of the Mobenzi Gateway mobile app and how to download it can be found in the Help module that you can access from the home screen of the app.
In the Help module, expand the Recent app changes section (1) to see a list of the latest app versions that have been released along with the release date and a brief description of any changes, fixes or updates that were included. The most recent version will be indicated at the top.
To upgrade to the latest version, expand My handset info (2) in the Help module. This will display information about your handset, including the version of the Gateway app currently installed on your handset. If you do not have the latest version of the app, a button will be displayed prompting you to 'Download Mobenzi Gateway'.
To download the latest version of Gateway, ensure your handset has good connectivity and select Download Mobenzi Gateway (3) and follow the instructions shown.
