To view an individual fieldworker, select them from the Team tab. This is useful if you would like an overview of the fieldworker's recent activity, as well as their current form and handset assignments.


When you view an individual fieldworker, the following information will be available:

  • User details and recent activity
  • Weekly activity chart
  • Fieldworker actions menu
  • Form assignments menu
  • Handset assignments menu


User details and recent activity

A fieldworker's user details would typically be their first and last name. For a console user, the email address that they use to log in with will appear too.


Below the user details, you will be able to see the fieldworker's recent activity. If the fieldworker has been active, you will see when they downloaded forms, uploaded submissions, and when you communicated with them. There is also a summary on the right-hand side of the screen under 'Activity'.


A chart presents information about the fieldworker's submissions over the past 30 days.




Weekly activity chart

When viewing the weekly activity chart, you can select the 7 day period that you would like to view. If you change the From date, the To date will update accordingly and vice versa. You can also select the time slots that you would like to view.


The default date will always be the most recent 7 days, and the default time will always be 08H00 to 17h00. If you were to switch to another fieldworker, the new time filter that you selected would stay the same, but the date range will return to the default.


Each submission is plotted based on its start and end time. Submissions are colour-coded based on which form they belong to. This is helpful when a fieldworker is assigned to more than one form.


The screenshot below shows an example of the chart where the fieldworker has submissions for two forms, and the time range has been changed from the default of 08h00 - 17h00 to 12h00 - 18h00.



Hovering over a submission displays a pop-up containing further information. This includes the name of the form that was completed and the sequence number for the submission (the submissions are numbered starting at 1 each day). The time that the submission was started and completed, its duration, and how many responses were captured in the submission are also displayed. This can help you see whether the duration of the form aligns with the amount of data captured.


The colours of the submissions are dynamic, and can vary from one date/time range to the next, so a legend is displayed below the chart. The legend will not be visible if there are no submissions to plot.


Fieldworker actions menu

This is on the right-hand side of the page and enables you to communicate with and edit/delete users:

  • Communicate: See here for more information.
  • Edit user: update a user's first and last name, manage a user's language preferences, and update permissions.
  • Delete user: completely remove a user from this project. 



Form assignments menu

This is on the right-hand side of the page. Here you will be able to see all the forms currently assigned to a fieldworker. The icon next to the form name lets you know whether the fieldworker has the latest version of the form or not. You can also unassign all forms from a fieldworker, and push form updates to the fieldworker's handset that they will receive when they check for updates.




Handset assignments menu

This is on the right-hand side of the page. You will be able to see all handsets currently assigned to a fieldworker here. You will also be able to unassign all handsets currently assigned to the fieldworker.
